As the St. Luke’s University Health Network Vice President of Planning and Construction Management, Lee has overseen $3 billion worth of construction over the last 13 fiscal years. The St. Luke’s University Health Network is an almost $3 billion hospital network, that includes 12 campuses and 14 hospitals.

Serving in this capacity, Lee is able to apply over 40 years of Land Development, Construction Management and General Contracting experience on the owner’s behalf. This knowledge has proven to be an invaluable asset, as it relates to real estate development, project construction, costs, scheduling, and contract negotiation.

During his career working for some of the most prestigious and successful organizations in the Mid-Atlantic region, Lee has managed and developed over $10 billion worth of projects both in the field and at the executive level. Some of these clients include: Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Cooper University Hospital, Hahnemann University Hospital, Medical College of Pennsylvania, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Princeton University, Lockheed Martin, Prudential Insurance, State Farm Insurance, Marriott International Hotels, Bloomingdale’s, Target, Wal-Mart Corporation, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Home Depot, and the Mobil Oil Corporation. These clients’ projects have ranged in size from $1 million to $350 million.
